Terms and Conditions

This page explains who runs allportugalbusinessclub.com, what the site is for, and what you agree to when you use it. The site presents investment projects and takes messages. It does not sell anything and does not take payments. Reading these terms takes about five minutes and saves misunderstandings later.

1. Who runs this site

These details are published under article 10 of Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004 (the Portuguese e-commerce decree-law).

 

Synthesis Open Gate Portugal Association is a separate non-profit legal entity. Some events across the All Portugal ecosystem are run together with the Association, but this site belongs to DESCOBRILANÇA UNIPESSOAL LDA, and DESCOBRILANÇA UNIPESSOAL LDA answers for it.

 

2. What this site is

All Portugal Business Club is an information site. It lists investment projects in Portugal, describes what the club does, and gives you a way to contact us. Right now the site offers three things: the project listings, a contact form, and a newsletter.

 

Using the site is free. Nothing on it creates a contract to buy, sell, invest or join until you and we sign something separately.

 

3. Project listings are not offers

Each listing on the Investment Projects page describes a property or a project: location, type, an indicative asking price, an estimate of further investment. This is information to start a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance.

 

In plain terms:

 

  • prices, figures and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice;

  • a listing does not confirm that a property is still on the market, that the figures are current, or that any return will be achieved;

  • nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Before you commit money to any project, take independent advice from a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed adviser of your own choosing;

  • any transaction that follows is governed by its own written agreement, negotiated separately, and by the law that applies to it.

 

The listings are information about projects. This site does not act as an intermediary and does not conclude transactions. Any deal is made directly with the owner, or through a licensed intermediary under a separate agreement, and this site is not a party to it.

 

4. Contacting us and the newsletter

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone and a message. Use real details: we cannot answer a message sent from an address that does not exist.

 

The newsletter is optional. You subscribe by ticking the box and pressing Submit, and you can unsubscribe with the link in any issue or by writing to us. We do not add you without that tick.

 

What we do with your details is set out in our Privacy Policy, and that policy is part of the deal between us.

5. Logging in

The site has a log-in. If you create an account, look after your password: whatever is done from your account counts as done by you. Tell us at once if you notice a login that was not yours.

 

We may close an account used to break the law or these terms, to send spam, or to attempt intrusion. We tell you why.

 

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to team@allcountries.online.

 

6. Our content

Text, photographs, video, logos and the design of this site belong to DESCOBRILANÇA UNIPESSOAL LDA or are used under licence from the rights holder. Copying them or using them commercially without our written permission is not allowed. Sharing a link is always fine.

 

Project descriptions and figures are provided for your own evaluation. Republishing them, or scraping the listings, is not permitted.

 

7. Using the site properly

Do not use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to probe or overload it, or to harvest data about other people. The list of related sites in the footer links to other projects of the All Portugal ecosystem; each has its own terms and its own privacy policy.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we learn of them. We cannot promise that every figure is up to date at every moment, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the strength of a listing without independent advice.

 

We are not liable for downtime caused by the platform that hosts the site (Wix), by a telecoms operator or by events outside our control, though we make reasonable efforts to get the site back up.

 

Nothing here limits our liability where Portuguese law does not allow it: for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or for consumer rights that cannot be waived.

 

9. Complaints and the complaints book

Write to us first at team@allcountries.online. Most matters settle in one exchange, faster than any formal route. We answer written complaints within a reasonable time.

 

If that does not settle it, you can file a complaint through the electronic complaints book at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio​. It is a government service, registered in the name of DESCOBRILANÇA UNIPESSOAL LDA, and your complaint reaches the supervisory authority directly. This is required by Decreto-Lei n.º 156/2005 (the Portuguese decree-law on the complaints book), as amended.

 

10. Governing law and courts

Portuguese law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection given to you by the law of the country where you normally live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence.

11. Language

This site runs in English. You are welcome to write to us in English, Russian or Portuguese.

 

12. Changes

We may update these terms. A new version applies from the day it is published on this page. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

 

13. The whole agreement

Everything that governs your use of this site is on this page and in our Privacy Policy. We do not apply terms you had no chance to read. If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stay in force.
